• Costs are $60/scout or sibling and $50/adult. The pack is budgeting to be able to handle SCOUT costs, however as mentioned earlier in the year, depends on fundraising. We did not generally meet our fundraising goals with a large enough surplus, but we do have several families who are going to be participaitng in Spring Fundraiser as they were unable to participate in Fall. So our forecasted attendance, our pack financial picture today, and with forecasted spring fundraising will all determine whether we can fund the admission costs per scout.
• At this time we are looking to solicit intent to participate
• We will carpool, leaving PoP main parking lot at 8:00 AM. Number of cars will be determined by attendance and carpool volunteers. Each car/team of families will share fuel costs
• We will tour Johnson Space Center, have a free dinner, and camp out on location. Packing efficiently/lightly for a 1 night stay is critical.
• We will hear a speakers and see content that is specifically geared toward scouting
• We will head back Sunday mid day, and will find a church on our return trip
